Shipping Info:

In order to ensure the quality and freshness of our product while in transit, we ship via UPS Monday – Wednesday (except on major holidays). Shipments with one day transit times ship Monday-Thursday (except on major holidays). UPS ground service is only available for transit times of 2 days or less, if selected for greater transit times, your shipping method will be upgraded and the credit card used for the purchase will be charged accordingly. During warmer months, typically May-September and year round to warmer climates such as Arizona, Florida, Southern California and Texas, orders will be shipped for next day delivery. All of our insulated warm weather packaging is reusable; just keep the icepacks in the freezer until you need them again.

Please note: We reserve the right to upgrade the shipping method to overnight if we feel the quality of the product may be compromised due to weather and location. In this case you will be contacted prior to shipping and the difference will be charged to your credit card.

Unless otherwise specified, orders will be filled within 48 hours of receipt and will be shipped on the next shipping day.

An email confirmation will be sent to the sender upon shipping, please ensure the recipient will be available to receive the package, as we cannot be responsible for packages left unattended.
